How can I contact Toast Bridal for hours and directions?
Our contact information, address, regular business hours, map, and directions are located on our "Directions" page. Changes to this schedule will be noted on our homepage and voicemail should any arise.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Having an appointment ensures that we will be able to provide one on one attention to you and your bridal party during your appointment. Initial appointments last approximately one hour; second appointments are limited to 30 minutes; additional appointments are 30 minutes and may be subject to a consulting fee.

Can I purchase a bridal gown off the rack?
Yes, you may purchase many of our bridal gowns, bridesmaids, mother of the occasion or flower girl dresses off the rack. We also have a clearance section with gorgeous gowns and dresses that are recently discontinued.

What should I bring to my bridal appointment?
We encourage you to bring any items you plan to wear under your dress on the wedding day, such as a strapless bra, bodyshapers, or shoes.

Do you carry maternity dresses?
Yes. We carry beautifully constructed maternity special occasion dresses. Allow at least 6 weeks for delivery.

What are your price ranges?
We feature many bridal gowns in a moderate price point starting at $649 and up. Bridesmaid dresses start at $125. We also offer special order informal wedding dresses in our online store starting at about $199.

What services are available after placing my bridal order with Toast Bridal?
We offer services to fit your particular needs that include steaming, storage, tailor referrals, breathable garment bags and more.

How is Toast Bridal organized?
We have a closed inventory - meaning that your consultant will discuss your bridal gown style with you and select gowns for your taste, body, and budget.

What is required to place an order with Toast Bridal?
Payment and client agreement are required for all orders.

Do you take credit cards?
We accept cash, checks, Google Checkout payments, and cards displaying the Visa and MasterCard logos.

Do you perform alterations in-store?
No, but we can provide you a list of some area alterations professionals.

Can I store my gown with Toast Bridal?
We offer extended storage for a monthly fee when space is availabile.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery times vary by style. Some gowns may be ordered on a rush at an additional charge.
